This was a photo that I had envisioned for a while, so after the sun had set around 11pm, we went with our friends Snorri and Eva to shoot the stars. With little aurora activity predicted and the days becoming ever longer, we were surprised to witness possibly the final display of Northern Lights for this season.
It was a magical, beautiful evening. If you peer closely at this photo, you’ll be able to see Snorri photographing Eva in the distance!
