Earlier this summer, as soon as the roads to Landmannalaugar were re-opened, we made our way out towards the Highlands.
Luckily for us, it was very warm and sunny on this day. The conditions were perfect for a rainbow to appear at Iceland’s 4th highest waterfall, Háifoss!
Situated within a deep gorge near the volcano Hekla, this waterfall thunders down from a height of 122 metres over a 2 million year old cliff. How’s that for impressive?
