Hello everyone! I am very excited to announce a winter photography workshop in Iceland that I’ll be conducting with my friend and all-round AMAZING landscape photography educator, Dani Lefrançois.
If her name sounds familiar, then that’s because you may have heard of her business, Banff Photo Workshops & Tours, whereby she shares her passion for photography in the breathtaking Canadian Rockies.
In November 2019, Dani and I will be partnering to guide a small group of avid landscape photographers across the south coast of Iceland, for a deeply immersive adventure in one of the most dramatic areas in the world. An added bonus is that Kaspars will be along to share his knowledge of Iceland and its culture, as well as to offer his incredible photography guidance as he drives us to each unique location!
This is an 8-day tour, during which we will take you to a variety of magnificent locations for photography in Iceland. You’ll have incredible opportunities to capture the Northern Lights as they dance over the snowy landscape, explore the glorious beauty of nature’s ice caves and to learn all there is to know about landscape photography in this wild and wonderful environment.
“Anybody can be an explorer if they want to be. You can be an astronaut if you want. Figure out what you want to do, and then go do it.” – Helen Thayer, the first woman to travel solo to the magnetic North Pole.
